
Terms & Conditions – General Terms of Carriage
Below are the binding Terms & Conditions and General Terms of Carriage of ANT Transport GmbH.
Prices apply according to the current price list. Calculation errors and mistakes reserved. Fixed-price offers apply only to the respective order and for a limited time.
Orders are only deemed accepted after written confirmation by ANT Transport GmbH. Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing. Any changes or repetitions must be clearly identified as such.
The order confirmation states binding pick-up time and location. Customers must arrive on time at the agreed place. A grace period of up to 15 minutes applies; after that, the right to carriage lapses and a waiting fee may be charged. During the pick-up window (15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the appointment) the customer must be reachable by phone. For airport transfers, pick-up is at the terminal meeting point; the driver can be identified by name sign or company logo. Flight delays are monitored; however, we accept no liability for circumstances beyond our control.
For short-notice bookings (same day or after 6 pm for the following day) an express fee of €15 incl. VAT
applies. The same applies to short-notice rebookings.
Free waiting time for return rides is 60 minutes(from the arrival time stated in the confirmation). Thereafter, each started hour is charged at €60 incl. 19% VAT. Connecting rides take priority. Changing appointments without prior consultation leads to loss of the right to carriage.
In case of unusually long queues at passport or security control, ANT Transport GmbH must be informed immediately (email, WhatsApp, call, or directly via the chauffeur). Without timely notice and if the passenger does not appear at the meeting point within 60 minutes after scheduled arrival, the ride is considered a “No Show” and the full fare becomes due. From minute 61, waiting time is charged at €60 incl. VAT
per started hour.
Cash payment is due at the latest at the end of the ride. For round trips, the total amount is due after the outbound ride. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Statutory default interest applies; dunning and collection fees are borne by the customer.
Up to two standard pieces of luggage per person are included. Special or bulky luggage must be declared upon booking; otherwise, there is no entitlement to carriage. Additional costs may apply.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Free cancellation is possible up to 3 hours
before pick-up. Afterwards, or in case of “No Show”, the full fare is due. Force majeure (e.g., weather, traffic, breakdown) is excluded. In case of vehicle failure, we will arrange onward transport at our expense.
Our vehicles must not be used for transporting dangerous goods, committing criminal offences, or for improper/non-contractual purposes. Drivers must not be instructed to engage in prohibited activities.
The customer is fully liable for intent or negligence causing damage to the vehicle and for any damage resulting from prohibited use. Transmission errors via remote communication (phone, email, correspondence) are the customer’s responsibility unless caused by us. Deviations in confirmations must be reported immediately.
Our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and covered by motor liability insurance. We accept no liability for delays due to traffic jams, accidents, force majeure or technical failure. We are not liable for theft of luggage by third parties. When commissioning third parties, we are only liable for due selection.
Claims for damages exist only after final court determination. In case of accidents, prior inspection of the investigation file is required. Our liability for indirect damages is limited to eight times the net fare.
If the ordered vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent replacement vehicle.
The customer consents to storage of their data by ANT Transport GmbH for internal purposes. Data will not be shared without consent.
Place of jurisdiction is Munich if the customer is a merchant, has no domicile in Germany, or if their domicile is unknown at the time of filing the action.
