The commission is recorded collectively and sent to you at the end of the month along with an overview of all arranged trips. You will receive a credit note or an invoice.
How does booking work?
You'll receive a personalized login from us. This allows you to quickly and easily request rides or book them directly—even for spontaneous guest requests.
Can multiple employees have access?
Yes. Upon request, we can create multiple access points with role assignments (e.g., reception, event planning, back office).
Is there a minimum number of trips arranged?
No – single trips are also possible. The more trips you arrange, the higher your commission will generally be.
Can individual guests also book through us?
Yes – guests can book directly through your property, by phone, or via a QR code. Alternatively, you can manage the booking through your partner login.
Does Shuttle4you offer promotional materials?
We're happy to help! We can provide you with digital templates, flyers, posters, or QR codes if needed—ideal for reception, counters, or menus.
